Caldwell Clean was founded in 2024 with a clear mission: to bring professional, reliable exterior cleaning services to the homes and businesses of St. Petersburg, Florida. Our founder, Alex Caldwell, recognized a simple truth — Florida's climate is beautiful, but it's relentless on exterior surfaces. Salt air, humidity, algae, mold, and heavy rainfall demand consistent, expert maintenance. Yet too many property owners were settling for inconsistent results, untrained operators, or services that left damage in their wake. Alex founded Caldwell Clean to change that standard entirely.
